 SMAN 3 Kupang's Art Room

The Art Room at SMAN 3 Kupang is one of the most important and interesting places in the school. It is located beside MPK and Student Council room and close to park area for teachers. The room is used for art activities, both music and cultural arts lessons. Students usually gather here to practice, learn and express their creativity.

The Art Room is painted white and blue. It has 21 windows that make it bright and cool with good air circulation, as well as a door as the main access. The atmosphere created is very conducive for students to be creative, practice, and foster a love for art.

It is equipped with 41 chairs of various colours and materials, including 17 brown wooden chairs, 18 green and 6 white plastic chairs. In addition, there are 10 tables to support various learning and practice activities. In one corner, there is a fan to help the room become cool.

In terms of musical instruments, this room has 7 guitars, 7 sasandos which are characteristic of traditional music from East Nusa Tenggara and many angklungs that are often played together, too. In addition, there is also a recorder that is used in certain musical activities. All of them make the learning atmosphere more lively and enjoyable.

This room is also equipped with 3 cupboards behind the room for storing equipment, a whiteboard and 2 markers are used by teachers to teach, and a lamp that light up the room when the sunlight doesnt provide enough light. There is also a water dispenser to provide drinking water for students.
